These options are hidden quite far away or even don't exist at all in Telegram. If you do not need these options and 3 dots interfere in the toolbar, then you can disable it.

Telegram has 2 modes of chat list displaying: two-line and three-line. iMe has third option: one-line mode. In one-line mode, the chat list is compact and minimalistic.

Multi-panel in chats
Multi-panel is an additional panel with important buttons in your chats, which is located at the top of the screen below the toolbar.
A lot of navigation and control buttons in chats are hidden quite deep in Telegram. For instance, the same chat search is located in 3 dots and it takes 2 taps to activate it.
With help of multi-panel you can use many buttons in 1 click. For example, such buttons as notifications, members, shared content, clearing cache of a given chat, search and recent activity for admins, bookmarks, pinned messages.
You can flexibly configure multi-panel for different types of chats, select necessary buttons and arrange its location on the panel.
You can quickly move to multi-panel settings by long tap on any icon on the panel in the chat.
